Characteristics

The dry fruits are so called because they all have one thing in common: on their natural composition (without human manipulation) less than 50% of water. Product Presentation and Quality Certification

Normally our products are packed into Carton Boxes, with a polypropylene bag. Our products are certified by SGS, that measures our quality standards,  and SAG (Chilean government national office of phytosanitary inspection) who provide to our products the phytosanitary certificate and Euro 1 certificate.

Dried blue berries are prepared from fruit produced under standards of traceability and international quality protocols that ensure good farming practices.

Are selected, sanitizing and then dehydrated in a batch processing system, at 60-65 º C with warm air. The air heating method is indirect, which ensures that the product is kept absolutely free of contact with combustion gases.

After dehydration process are inspected visually and checked their organoleptic characteristics. Finally they are packed in sealed bags.
