Characteristics

The dry fruits are so called because they all have one thing in common: on their natural composition (without human manipulation) less than 50% of water. Energy-rich foods are rich in fats, in proteins, as well as trace elements. Depending on the type of dry fruits, can also provide good quantities of vitamins (especially B group), or omega 3 fatty acids (polyunsaturated).

Production:

The dried cherry tomato is the result of a process performed slowly at low temepratura guaranteeing the preservation of vitamins, sugars and intense red manteniedo that characterizes it. The raw material only from the gardens of the shareholders of the company and used the same variety.

The design process used is to maintain all the organoleptic characteristics of avoiding the disadvantages such as sun-dried fruit attack by insects, dust pollution and birds.
