Robern Menz has come up with a new versatile breakfast product. Robern Rise and shine. Breakfast Boost is a blend of high quality dried fruit pieces, apricots, sultanas, prunes and mango, suitable for sprinkling onto various breakfast foods such as breakfast cereal, yoghurt or porridge. It can also be consumed by itself in the car while driving to work. Rise And Shine is high in Fibre and 99% fat free. Robern Menz has been a major supplier or dried and glace fruit products for almost a century. Robern Overseas was established in 1908 in South Australia by Walter Sims. Walter's son Edgar developed a unique glace fruit process to help supply a world suffering from fruit shortages rom the 1940s to 1960s. In 1992, Robern Overseas bought the Menz confectionary business and became Robern Menz. Today Robern Menz is a fourth-generation, private company. It is market leader in sugar, chocolate and fruit-based confectionery, as well as dried and glace fruits.
