HOW TO SERVE

1. Pre-boil a large pot of water. Place the noodles in the water and boil for 5-6 minutes while gently dientangling the noodles. 
2. Place the soup in a bowl and add 250-300 ml of water and mix. 
3. Once the noodles are ready drain excess water and add them to the soup.  It is even more delicious when topped with your favourite toppings of vegetables, egg, fried pork, and BAMBOO SHOOTS etc.
