1. Product Description
Dried Malt Extract is made of liquid malt extract through vacuum drying. It retains all of nutritional and organoleptic benefit of Liquid Malt Extract.
2. Organoleptic Requirements
Appearance: A Light yellow to yellow powder, free from foreign matter. Some dark spots which can be grinded fine are permitted in solution. Some sediments in solution is normal.
Odour: Pleasant and characteristically malty.
Taste: Mild sweet taste with malt flavour and no off foreign flavours.
