Morchella ( Morel ) is an edible spring mushroom that is relatively rare. The morel is highly sought after for its savory flavor. Morel flesh, which is thin and fragile, is highly perfumed. The darker the cap color, the more they are valued. The morel is usually sold dried or canned.
Morels specs : cap height 2-6cm, dia 1-4.5cm, stem less 2cm for 1st grade, and without stem for special grade. season: Jul - Sept.
Packing : In cartons of 10kgs net each, lined with polybags. Can also pack into PET can or Glass Jar then into carton boxe on special requirement by customers.
