| Our dried Mozuku seaweed is manufactured by low temperature method so as to minimize the damage to the effective substances in raw mozuku (Cladosiphon Okamuranus Tokida) harvested in beautiful and clean sea of Okinawa. It is said that more than 90% of mozuku has been harvested in Okinawa due to its cultivation technologies built up in Japan. It will become 20 to 25 times as much as the original amount by soaking in water and be reborn as fresh mozuku. You can use it as food application to vinegar salad, tempera, etc. and fucoidan extraction. Packages with no label for 10g, 15g 100g are available for your own private lable by your side.
