Dried Peppers are part of our experience. We count on two huge drying tunnels that can take 10,000 lbs. of fresh peppers a day and dry them to less than 4% humidity. Any of the three types of peppers we grow (Tabasco, Cayenne, Habanero), can be dried and supplied whole, crushed (pizza type), or ground. Dried products packaging used consists of a plastic bag caliber five inside a double layered carton box.
