Amalia?s Dry and Raw Nuts are imported from abroad from the following countries: Greece, India, America, Moldavia, Egypt and China. They are processed, packaged and distributed by our company to the whole of Cyprus.
The Dry Nuts are processed in ovens using the SecroTherm system. That is, with rotational heated air so that the nuts are baked evenly and in depth. In this way, the nuts protect their flavor and quality.
The nuts are packaged in double leafed sachets, that is, PVC on the outside and polyethylene in the inside. In between these two sheets, there is a filter which prevents, to, to some extent, light to penetrate the product and decompose it.
