Dulse is a 100% natural product, traditionally eaten in Scandinavia. In addition to its nutritive richness, it is appreciated for its colour and soft texture. In fact, Dulse is halfway between the delicate seaweeds such as Sea Lettuce and Nori and the coarser seaweeds such as Haricot and Kombu.
It is used in salads and soups or as a vegetable side dish with fish for example.
