Description:
Machine adopts a Japan Mitsubishi PLC programmable controller and matches with English and Chinese display screens. It is controlled by Micro-computer operation interface. Thus, it's easy to operate, convenient in adjustment and super automatic. Can set the length of bag with fully automatic by micro-computer control center.

Machine body is full stainless steel. Driven by step motor with high precision, cup measure filling device is able to fill and measure the powder automatically by using different type of screws. this machine can be adjusted at will in the rated materials, and finish the functions such as bag making, measuring, filling, sealing, cutting, counting and produce date printing in the meanwhile.

Photoelectric tracking system and two way compensate function are adopted to ensure the automatic correcting of double face printing design on packing bag. It can setup the pouch length directly at the tender side at the same time, and do step-less adjustment to the pouch length at the pouch length range.
