Eaux de Vie
Like a number of estates in Alsace, we own our own still and can therefore be described as "grower-distillers". even if only on a very small scale!
We distil Mirabelle plums and cherries from our orchard, but mainly grape marc left over from pressing the grapes, provided that it looks suitable for fermentation.
