3. It can exhaust the carbon dioxide produced by Coffee Beans while preventing the outside air from entering the bag, so as to lower the pressure inside the bag which would otherwise have the bag burst.
4. By doing so, you can keep coffee beans dry and original.

The coffee bag valve was originally developed for coffee. Coffee is unique, as it is the only food product that needs to be completely protected from oxygen (O2) while at the same time gives off relatively large volumes of another gas carbon dioxide(CO2).
