The sea biscuits, also known as HARDTACK, SEA Bread or SHIP´S BISCUIT, were the solution for the supplying of great vessels since the XV century to preserve bread during long sea voyages, with no additives or preservings. They reached South America through the different sea expeditions and were introduced in the staple diet of the population of many countries with the name of “sea” biscuits.

 

We produce two lines of products , CONVENTIONAL AND ECOLOGICAL. 

With the Sea Biscuits we try to offer a food product of long duration, substitute of the fresh bread, of the toast, of the sliced bread, of the sweet biscuits and of the pastries, to accompany the lunches, the dinners or afternoon teas.
