1.Technology c haracteristics :

 

( 1) Cleaning process: in order to effectively achieve cleaning and selecting effect, the process is equipped with efficient vibrating screen  to clean up sundries;  Equipped with suction style specific weight stone machine to remove stone and mud ; Equipped with unpowered magnetic separation device to   remove iron impurities; Equipped with  dust removal wind nets.

Flaking process: flaking is  making sunflower seed into  flake, about 0.30-0.35mm , the purpose is to make it suitable for cooking.

Cooking process: cooking is the process to  add water (wetting), plus steam (steam flakes, dry (fry flakes) into the broken or flaking material to make them become mature flakes. In this cooking process, moisture and temperature effect fully denature the protein in flake material , to make the material reaches the plasticity and elasticity suitable for oil pressing pressure, setting up the right chamber pressure, so as to improve the oil-extracting rate of oil press, and get ideal pre-treatment cake and high quality grease. The process selects Type YZCL250 * 5  vertical stack cooker ,cooking moisture requirement: 12-14%; cooking temperature: 105-1100 °C ;cooking time: 60 min.

Pressing process: this process adopts current mature Type ZY130 expeller. Pressing moisture requirement: 4.0-6.0%;pressing temperature: 105-1100 °C ; residual oil in the cake 4-5%.
