These counter top fryers are designed with safety, durability and simplicity in mind. They are most suitable for small restaurants, small food outlets and Snack shop.

Non magnetic high grade stainless steel construction.

Heating module can be lifted up for easy frypot cleaning. When heating module is detached, power supply to heating

element is cut off instantly for safety.

Oil draining: frypot can be lifted up for easy draining. Some models (such as BEF-8Q) come with oil draining valve.

Thermostat control up to 190 ^o C (please check with us if you need computer programming controlled fryer).

Hi limit safety device: manual reset.

Frypot depth: 180 mm.

20 mm cold zone reduces wasteful oil deterioration by trapping crumbs under the cooking area.

Water proof on/off switch with oil resistant protection cover.
