Woerle's Emmentaler mild is made from haymilk which is daily collected from farmers of the Salzburg region. A special recipy, affectionate preperation and 3 months of maturation give Woerle's Emmentaler its inimitable taste.
Woerle's Emmentaler mild is available in the following sizes: portions of 250g and 550g, blocks of appr. 2,8 kg, grated in 150g bags and sliced in 150g trays.
