Operating principle  of industrial black pepper grinder:

    The machine grinding disk outer periphery with a plurality of movable teeth activities, intraday equipped with multi-slice shaped fixed gear, multiple rows specially shaped rings on static plate, activity ring gears on moving plate and stationary ring gears on static plate are  staggered mutually and rules. When the spindle let the dynamic plate turn as a high speed, and the activity gears will follow, when the materials get into the grinding chamber, they will move outer periphery under the centrifugal force, enter the gap between activity ring gears and the static ring gears, meantime by impact, shear, impact and friction force of the various, getting crushing fully. The finished product through the screen of the chainrings peripheral, discharge from the lower part of the tube, and get into the collecting system under the fan machine force. The fineness can be adjusted by the screen, in exceptional circumstances, can be adjusted the rotor speed by inverter, so that we can get the ideal fineness. The materials of special requirements, can be set water cooling jacketed in the grinding chamber, suitable for heat-sensitive materials crushed.
