This coating machine is designed to perfectly coat different kind o products such as fruits, nuts, fondants, toffee, fudge, biscuits, and most types of pastries with real chocolate, compound, fat glaze and similar types of coating. KEM-Enrober is fabricated in mild steel and use stainless steel SUS 304 for all contact part. The enrober head is easily removed and can be washed by means of a high pressure steam washer or hot water.
