Single origin Ethiopia (Sidamo grade 2 Bagersh)
Ethiopia is considered to be the botanical origin of Coffea Arabica (Arabica coffee). The regions in the east and the south-western highlands are known under the following names: Sidamo (Yraga Cheffe), Djimmah, Limu and Harrar. The growing areas lie between 1300 and 2100 meters above sea-level. Ethiopia is not only home to farm-grown but also wild coffee. A number of Arabica varieties are grown. The harvest for the varieties that are processed after being washed is between August and December, whereas those that are processed unwashed are harvested from October to March.
