_Model " Mini Droppy S2 -RD " equipped with the " gravity soft dough lobes system" and a " rotation socket system " for twist effect product.

 

Soon might come a 4th version: Mini Droppy S2-H-CF with an equipement of "wire cut system " for the extraction of hard dough product such as short bread and american cookies.

 

The model "Mini Droppy S2-H" can receive also the "gravity soft dough head pumps lobes system" in addition as option.

All models are sale with boards and smooth nozzle with 4 and 6 output or other and more under request.

It can be set for the 400 mm large or less and 450/460 mm (US) of tray.

_The exchangeable gravity " Head pump of hard dough " system is made of high quality aluminum solid (food grade spec and high resistance of corrosion) work with an accurate crammer cylinders unit system in plastic POM (Food grade CE and US).

_The board are a unique design of a very efficient and ECO dough controle that doesn't require any tools or boutton for be fix with an easy and fast installation ( plug in ).

_It is easy to disassembly the complete system. The crammer system is mounted on a plug drawer (no tools, no boutton) for a quick and deep washing of parts.

_ The conveyor dosen't countains sensitive electrical parts and can be washed with direct water .

_The conveyor control the position of the tray and each range of product can be independently set on the tray or calculated automatically . The output and input can be set as you wish from the touch screen with a simple touch.
