X’tabentún is a yucatecan tradicional liqueur, it’s name comes from the
white flower that bears the same name; this flower grows only in Yucatán. The
ancient mayas used to drink it, during their religious events, at that time the
method to prepare it was quite different from today, the mayans used corn,
honey bee, and some extracts from local trees. When Spaniards arrived, around
1,500; X’tabentún underwent some changes, from then on, it is prepared with honey
bee (from the regional flower), sugar cane alcohol, anisse, diluted in
