The Varieties of Wine :

 

Syrah

The wines from these grape varieties are very colorful and fragrant. The Syrah develops aromas of violets of truffles, peppery notes of under wood, smoke and cooked fruit. The livestock under wood used to round the tannins and gives the wines a great ability in the custody.

Grenache

The wines display a beautiful Red Color goldenrod.Powerful and generous it expresses notes of red fruits, raspberries and Spices.The tannins in the grenache are particularly round, silky and fades .

Carignan

On the hillsides dry the Carignan produces wines colorful and skeletal structures. The carbonic maceration allows you to extract the best of the vintage. The wines express the red fruit, accompanied by notes of spices and scrubland around silky tannins.
