Depending on the amount of ashes and gluten in the Wheat Flour, the latter is marked with a number and a letter. A number indicates the amount of ashes (ashes contain mineral substances) and the color of flour. Rye flour and whole meal are produced by milling nutritional rye. The company produces three types of rye flour and whole meal, and pack them into polypropylene bags of 45 kg or 50 kg.
