The oil previously selected and conveniently isolated from the rest of qualities, is channelled to packing machine. Such packaging is submitted prior to a sanitizing process to avoid any type of contamination with other quality or type of crusade. Once dosed the packaging elected plugs and is packaged in corrugated cardboard boxes opaque and are stacked on pallets.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil selected and catalogued officially the metered amount depends on the final format chosen.
We follow the EU rules on the margins of tolerance.
