With its smooth, simple and fruity oils, they are a sharp contrast to the stronger and more imposing flavors of other regions. It is for this reason that Gourma Trade has partnered up with a fine company from this area to propose their olive oil products throughout the world. This Umbrian company has been in the olive oil business for over 50 years and their masterful skill in selecting, producing and blending oils has been passed down through three generations. The production has a vast range going from the low grade pomace oil used for cosmetic purposes, to different blends of Extra Virgin Olive Oil to DOP (protected origin) and organic. Another fine specialty are the infused aromatic olive oils made with truffle, porcini mushrooms, chili pepper or other herbs that give a splendid and alternative result.
