The olive, one of the oldest eatable fruit whose cultivation goes back behind to many centuries and that in Spain it was begun by Phoenicians, Greeks and Romans.

 

This extra virgin olive oil, the whole process is controlled, beginning with the gathering and selection of the olive, as well as the extraction in cold.

 

Olives collected and are immediately transported to the pressing plant to obtain an “olive juice” with the highest quality. The olive oil extraction is done only by mechanical means, and stored in stainless steel tanks. Before bottling the oil passes through filters to take away any remaining humidity or impurities.
