Through a long time of investigation and reports, Mu?oz Family introduce 'Mediterranean Legacy' (Herencia Mediterránea) a product which comes from specially selected olives and manufactured under a severe control of right temperatures and elaboration conditions.
The good know-how of this long tradition olive-oil-maker family, has made possible to enjoy this oil, legacy from a millenium tradition. This is an oil with a strong personality, fruited flavoured, aromatic, lightly sour and spiced. Its aromas mean a fruited green oil. An special oil so balanced , very appreciated in the use of raw dishes.
Available in black crystal bottles (bordelesa wine bottle model) with a Braille label attached.
