Payment

1) By Documentary Letter of Credit at Bank

    is ( Negotiable, Irrevocable, Confirmed, Operative ,

    Transferable, Divisible ) where ( grade bank is A ) :

1. For the ( half annual or annual ) deal contract only is

( payable 30% advance –  payable rest 70% split as per schedule of shipments partial the agreed between (we) the seller and (you) the buyer against full pack of documents at the one deal to each partial shipment separately ) , with making the time period of DL/C six months for ( the half annual deal contract ) , and one year for ( the annual deal contract ) as that in case of partial non-payment is stopped cargoes and shipping , promptly .

2. For the spot deal contract is

( payable 90% advance –  payable rest 10% non – split against full pack of documents at the one deal ) with making the conventional time period of DL/C which is three months .

- We endure half commission of open your Documentary L/C

in your bank ,( so as not to exceed 0.25 % from total amount of deal contract only ) , where this commission will be deducted at the end of the deal contract period whether was spot or half annual or annual .

- All ( taxes and customs and bank ) charges outside region

  of Egypt is on your company .

- Full pack of documents at the one deal would sending to your bank against you pay the rest amount of deal contract

( spot or half annual or annual ) , ( as provided within the conditions of Documentary L/C ) ,

2) by Transfer of funds at bank is ( Irrevocable )

( payable 95% advance & then after shipping the rest 5% payable against full pack of documents at the one deal would be sending to your bank by Collection documents against payment) for the(spot or half annual or annual) deal contract.

3) or by Western Union (directly 100% after contract) for very low order of the (spot or half annual or annual) deal contract.

4) or cash by hand (100%) inside Egypt   within your visit

We accept to sending sample you pay its expenses of shipment where you transfer expenses of shipment

Procedures

1. ( We ) The Seller issue quotation firstly by our E-mail.

2. ( You ) The buyer agree on quotation , then issue

    ( IRREVOCABLE CONDITIONAL PURCHASE ORDER

   accompanied with authentication signature from your bank

   and written on letterhead sheet of your company adding to

   make documented on it by Egyptian embassy in your

   country and Soft Probe BANK ENDORSED about the buyer     

   with Passport copy of the Buyer ) then sends them to

  the seller’s bank in Egypt .

3. ( We ) The Seller issue proforma invoice .

4. ( You ) The buyer agree and accept a proforma invoice

    then issue purchases contract accompanied with sign and

    seal and be documented by Egyptian embassy in your

    country in favour of our company .

5. ( We ) The Seller sends proforma invoice by our E-mail

    firstly then sending to the buyer by ( DHL ) or ( EMS )

    as per require of the buyer .

6. ( We ) The Seller issue draft of the sales contract

    ( the deal contract : spot or half annual or annual ) and

       sending by our E-mail .

7. ( You ) The buyer agree and accept a draft of the deal

    contract .

8. ( We ) The Seller issue two original of the sales contract

( the deal contract : spot or half annual or annual )

( final & Irrevocable ) , both seller and buyer sign and seal on both them , as well as ( we ) the seller are ready to that be documented by your embassy or your consulate inside Egypt .

9. ( We ) The Seller sends two original of the deal contract after the signature and sealing to the buyer by the seller’s bank then the buyer make re-send one original of the deal contract to the seller by The buyer’s bank , once again .

10. Within 7(seven) banking days after the signature on two original of ( the deal contract : spot or half annual or annual) .

11. The buyer’s bank issue Documentary Letter of Credit

( Negotiable, Irrevocable, Confirmed, Operative , Transferable, Divisible ) to the seller’s bank , in accordance with original of deal contract and original or copy of proforma .

or Make T/T ( Irrevocable ) : 95% advance & then after shipping pay 5% against full pack of documents at the one deal be sending to your bank .

or Make Transfer by Western Union : directly 100% ,

or Pay Cash by hand : (100%) inside Egypt .

12. Shipping start as per the agreed schedule between

      the seller & the buyer within ( 15 : 20 ) days nearly after

      receipt and acceptance of DL/C accompanied with reach

 advance of the deal to our bank account within DL/C or T/T ,

      where last shipment for half annual deal contract being

       shipped in early of fifth month , and so last shipment

       for annual deal contract being shipped in early of

       eleventh month .

13. Full pack of documents at the one deal is :

1. Invoice ( three original ) .

2. Packing list ( three original ) .

3. Bill of lading ( three original ) .

4. Certificate of Egyptian Origin of the type

    FORM A ( one original ) .

5. Certificate of healthy for food products
