OurExtra VIRGIN OLIVE OIL is the juice of olives, obtained directly from olivesand only through mechanical procedures with varieties of picual, blanqueta, manzanilla,cuquillo etc... The final result is a balanced oil with medium fruited green, aslight bitter and medium spicy ( 2,6 and 3,5 respectively)
