Olio Taibi is a single estate olive oil pressed in a small mill in Montaperto, Sicily, Italy. The varieties used in this olive oil are Nocellara, Biancolilla, and Carolea. Bottles are individually hand filled, sealed and labeled by Taibi family.
The olives are harvested as soon as possible, immediately cold-pressed, then bottled on the Taibi family estate. Genuine, versatile, and healthy, it enriches the simplest bruschetta to the most sophisticated gourmet recipe.
