Of all the regions in Italy producing their own homemade olive oils, Sicily has most probably been at it the longest.
Sicily has four certified DOP growning regions and the high quality olives produced are a result of fertile and volcanic soil.
Sicilian olive oil tend to have a unique and strong flavour with a bit of spice and aromas of grass.
We selected a variety of high quality sicilian olive oils.
Here some specifications:
- Our dark glass bottle sizes are 250ml, 500ml, 750ml, & 1L. Our tin container sizes are 3L, 5L.
- Our extra virgin olive oil can be Cold Pressed with the acidity max 0, 3 or unfiltered with the acidity max 0, 7.
- Low iodine value.
- The oil does not contain extracted oil.
- All our products have the Certificate of Analysis and HACCP
