We are also testing other varieties like milk shake mix, Thandai mix and preparing a wide range of flavours in it.

 

 

PREPARATIONS – HOW TO MAKE ??

Falooda Mix :

 

70g (2 Glass)	Take 350ml of Milk + 1 Glass (approx. 50ml) Water
200g (6 Glass)	Take 1 liter of Milk + 1 Glass (approx. 200ml) Water
500gg (15 Glass)	Take 2.5 liter of Milk + 2 ½ Glass (approx. 200ml) Water
1kg (30 Glass)	Take 5 liter of Milk + 5 Glass (approx. 200ml) Water

Warm the Milk and Water (in quantity mentioned above) and add "Sivam" Falooda mix to it in a clean vessel boiling for 10-15 mins with stirring. let it cool Refrigerate it. Delicious  falooda is ready to be served.

Tip : to make it tastier you can top it with ice-cream, jelly, flavoured syrups etc...

 

NOTE: Always boil the milk first cool. Chill and then use for milkshake. Never use raw milk.

 

Milk Shakes : Add “SHIVAM” Milkshake powder to 3/4 Ltr. of milk, Ice Milk or Ice-cream blend the mixture with a blender for 2-3 minutes. A rich creamy milkshake is ready.
NOTE: Always boil the milk first cool. Chill and then use for milkshake. Never use raw milk.

 

Instant Mix :

 

Take 3/4 Ltr. of Milk Hot or Cold. Add the whole “SHIVAM” Instant Mix to it. Stir and delicious milk is ready.
