INTRODUCTION
Widely known as Black-foot Paua is a unique New Zealand abalone species. It is highly regarded for its meat quality and complete with various nutrition. This is a superior choice towards healthy life.
ENVIRONMENT
Fine surrounding is a major factor for growing quality abalone. Abalones inhabit in unpolluted cold-temperature environment and feed primarily on natural seaweed. Selected by this product are three-year-old abalones. At harvest, they are immediately vacuumed and frozen at -200 oC. Guaranteed fresh.
NUTRITION FACTS
Abalone meat is appreciated for its tenderness and tastiness. Every serving of abalone contains rich protein, calcium, selenium (a key role in strengthening antibody and anti-aging), Vitamin A, B, C, E, and etc. Chinese medicine knows abalone for its nourishing value and ability to eliminate excessive body heat. Besides, it also contributes to balancing blood pressure, provoking physical wellness, generating radiant appearance, purifying liver, and improving eye sight.
PREPARATION
Defrost the abalone and scrape out the meat from the shell with a butter knife. Cut the internal organs and clean the black pigment around the foot with fingers or tooth brush. Last, slice the cleaned abalone into 2mm fillets.
