3oz half of the 6oz bag of Aleeces Hearty Herbs Pita Chips
5 oz of Spring Mix Lettuce
1 cup of diced Cucumber
1 cup diced Tomatoes
1/2 cup Fresh Mint chopped
1 cup fresh Parsley Chopped
3 green Onions
Break the Pita Chips triangles into 3 pieces each to form bite size pieces
Toss all above ingredient with the pita chips
Dressing
Wisk 2 Tablespoon olive oil
2 Tablespoon white balsamic vinegar
¼ teaspoon garlic powder or 1 glove garlic mashed
1 Teaspoon salt
¼ Teaspoon black pepper
Pour over the salad and toss together and enjoy
