15-others terms:
A) vessel discharge minimum guaranteed unloading port rate is 2500 MT per day.
B) all supervision charges at port of unloading are for the buyer account.
Procedure:
[1] buyer send LOI (letter of intent) and bcl (bank comfort letter) and ncnd or LOI with soft probe and ncnd;
[2] seller send fco (full corporate offer) in favor of the buyer;
[3] buyer returns fco signed and stamped accepting price and terms of sale.
[4] seller approves and send the draft contract;with POP
[5] buyer approves and signs the contract and sends draft copy of L/c (letter of credit) from top 25 world bank;
[7] buyers emit the L/c non operative
[8] seller emit 2% pb (performance bond)
[9] shipment start 30 - days after lc
