Feta, the most famous Greek cheese, is a Product With Designation Of Origin (PDO) & Geographical Indication (PGI). Evergreen Organic's range includes both the traditional blend of sheep (70%) and goat (30%) milk from Western Greece. We also have a wholly sheep milk version (100%) from Western Greece and Lesbos island. Feta is a brine-matured cheese, lightly sour and rich in aroma and taste that can be served as a side dish or with wines and fruits.
