Application

The equipment is wide used for drying granule and powder raw materials in the field of foodstuff, chemical, pharmaceutical and construction materials industry. The products have dried by this equipment as follows: starch, glucose, fish powder, sugar, edible sugar, lees, feed, gluten plastic resin, coal powder, dyestuff and so on.

Features

The working principle is as follows: the process of drying is divided into two steps. First, raw material is dried with the air that mixing tail air from the second dry and supplemental hot air at the condi t ion of positive pressure. The dried tail air is discharged out of the drier, the semi-finished product is dried secondly by fresh air. The finished product is measured and packaged. The used high temperature and pressure tail air is used for the first grade drying. In this way the good ci rculat ing process is completed. The supplemental hot air may be adjusted freely. Therefore the machine has a wide adoptability.
