Before processing dried figs in the factory, we absolutely fumigate, wash and control them under UV llght in dark rooms. AIso during our process and prior to any shipment, moisture and aflatoxin contents are measured to prove the conformity with the Turkish food standards and to worldwide food legislations and allowed limits.
After processing dried figs are given some export names such as "Lerida" "Layer", "Protoben", "Pulled" ,"Garland","Lokum" and "Baglama" according to their shape in the packing.
