For the purpose of filling the ice cube bags Schur has developed a new and revolutionary filling-station for the ice cube bags. The filling equipment is based on Schur's long experience with a similar packaging machine combined with the new filling system.
The reel with the empty ice cube bags is placed in a separate unwinding unit and the bags are fed forward by driving rollers into the fillingmachine.
The perforations on the reel of ice cube bags are broken when entering the filling-machine and the individual bags are filled with natural mineral water.
After filling the bags are sealed. The bags are then placed on a conveyor and transported into the packaging section.
