Espersen is an internationally recognized supplier of high quality products to quality-conscious customers in Europe and the USA some of which are among the biggest multinational food companies in the world. Always to maintain the highest quality, is paramount to Espersen.
Espersen produces frozen fish products such as fish fingers, fish nuggets, fish cubes, finger foods and accompaniment to salads from factories in Denmark and Poland. The majority of our products are tailor-made private label products, but we do have own local branded products.
The most frequently used raw materials are cod, hoki, Alaskan pollock, dark pollock, haddock, pangasius, saithe, salmon, tuna and shrimp.
