Recipe | Take 400g cleaned fish, cut into medium sized pieces. Apply little iodised salt with lemon juice on fish pieces and keep about for 15min. Peel one medium sized onion and chop it, wash 4 green chillies and slit each into pieces. Heat 30ml ghee/oil in apan, add Mustard Seeds. When mustard seeds crackle, add 4-8 Curry Leaves and saute for few sec. Add ginger garkic paste, slit green chillies and 50gms EXPO FISH MASALA and saute for 20sec. Now add fish pieces and cover with a lid and cook for a high flame. Garnish with onion, cucumber, lemon slices and serve hot. | | | | |
