Seasoning sauce(170g):dried chilli, fermented soy sauce, Vegetable oill, thick broad-bean sauce, fermented soybean, peanut, sesame, prickly ash, SHANNAI, aniseed, garlic, salt, sugar, spicy, food additives(sodium glutamate, disodium 5' ribonucleotides, potassium sorbate)
dried powder(25g):chilli powder, prickly ash powder
pickled powder(15g):starch, salt, Pepper Powder
9) Cooking way
☆ Cut 1.5kg fish into pieces, flavor with pickled powder for 20 minutes;
☆ Boil vegetable oil (100g), add the sauce (210g) to fry 20 seconds, then add water for boiling;
☆ Put the fish pieces into the pot, boiling for 15 minutes, then add the prepared vegetable, and caraway;
