The new FLASH-PACK® incorporates an innovative cutting and gutting system which allows to process fish or cans of any size.

It consists of a 32-bit, RISC microprocessor-controlled tactile terminal and a printer. The system incorporates seven interlaced screens with the main scree live, controlling the following functions:

• Output control, Rate-output meter, Units and Time meter, daily and
  cumulative.
• Fault alarm system, indicating the system component with fault.
• Control of fault down times, daily and cumulative.
• Remote control of equipment from HERMASA facilities, via MODEM.
