1-GENERAL INFORMATION
A-WORKING PRINCIPLE
Products that require packaging are aligned inbetween the pallets on the transport. After the start command is given, thepackaging begins with the product passing through the formats and passes theheat controlled device where the heat adjustable adhesive discs and due to theclaws seal from the length and from both sides. The construction of the jaws islike rotating jaws; and the principle is for the machine to work mobile.
B-ACCOMMODATED ADVANTAGES
1-The cellophane length is stripped into equallengths due to its active format. While the machine operating, it can makeformat adjustment according to the products. Also it allows making adjustmentswithout changing the format for changing products.
2-Its motor is SERVO motor. Its pulling disksare Italian Bonfiglioli motor andthanks to it, length adjust can be done easily.
3-Thanksto fotocell, cellophane length can be cut equally.
4-Speed adjustments are made with the speedcontrol device.
5-In regard to the jaw and disk heaters, theheat is kept constant with the heat control device.
6-Thanks to 100-150 packets/minute, you cansave time.
7-All parts of machine which touch thenutriment are made from stainless steel (CrNi).
8-Machine chassis and conveyor chassis are madeof lama and they are covered.
9-Motor power is 1,1 kw 150 rpm capacity and itis powered endless screwed redactormotor.
10-You can adjust of carrying pallet with Wheelwhich is outside of machine very easily.
11-It can pack products up to 10cm (height)
12-Packing length rate is min:15cm max: 40cm.
13-Command which is on the command panel is adigital touch screen with 2 colours
14-There is no point on machine.
15- Jaw waiting adjustment can be done easilywith a flywheel which is under PVC belt while machine is working.
16-With a flywheel which is near electricitypanel, it is possible to let jaws down.
17-With cam it is above flywheel which is nearmachines electricity panel, the picture on the product can be adjusted.
18-It has wheels, you can move it easily.
