These heavy-duty FMC plasticizing, plow mills are one of the keys to producing chocolate crumb on a large and continuous scale. Their heavy construction and powerful adjustable plows provided the necessary pressure to convert amorphous sugar into its crystalline form and to transform the cocoa mass, comprised of Sweetened condensed milk and Cocoa Liquor into a stable chocolate crumb with a long shelf life.
