Dosage:
1g/kg in soy sauce,vinegar,juice,jam,canned fruit;
0.8g/kg in wine,agar soft sweets;
0.2g/kg in soft drink;
0.5g/kg in pickles,conserve,fruit syrup.
Property:
White granular or crystal powder, odorless or with very slight benzoin . Easy dissolved in water.
