1. Application :

 

This series storage tanks are main used  to store distilled water . 

 

2. Capacity/volume:

 

100L to 20000L

 

3. Characteristics:

 

A-Type: both vertical and horizontal type.

 

B-Standard:The distilled water storage tank is designed according to the pharmaceutical industry cleaning factory design specifications, it is met the GMP standard.

 

C-Heating and insulation : Coil pipe heating,Perlite cotton/PU foam insulation .

 

D - Material : the material of interior cylnder is adopted SUS316L, and mirror polishing level is up to Ra0.4um. The material of external cylinder is adopted SUS 304 and outer surface adopts matt polishing.

 

E-Configuration:With digital temperature probe, level display, CIP cleaing ball , aseptic aire Filter, quick opening manhole , inlet&outlet and so on.

 

F-Vent filter:The 0.22um vent filter with hydrophobicity is installed. The filter can be heated for sterilization.

 

G-Sanitary connections:All the connections of the nozzles are adopted sanitary fast connections, which are easy connected with CIP, SIP system. With simple structure, easy cleaning, corrosion proof.

 

According to client's requirements, the tank can be automaticl control the level and temperature.
