Ingredients of both lime and Lemon juice/sauce can be arranged easily according to customers request; 100 %, 62 %, 40 %, 10 % sauce/juice are available.
Our 100% lemon juice is submitted to a low pasteurization process which allows to obtain a shelf life from 12 to 13 months.
