All our pasta products are FIRST QUALITY and made of 100 % hard ANATOLIAN DURUM WHEAT, SEMOLINA.

Above mentioned customers have applied all the tests, checked our production line, and controlled all the certificates that we have. Many worldwide companies such as left their Italian suppliers and signed competitive contracts with us. We should candidly express one more thing that we are still producing pasta to Italian suppliers with their brand. In brief, please be sure about the quality. You will buy one of the most quality pasta in the world. Quality on pasta is mainly dependent on two factors, one is the machinery, production line (technical process) and the other is the quality of the product depending on the ratio of durum wheat semolina used in production.  Please be informed our production technology is full automatic FAVA, ITALY which is, in a sense, a guarantee of the quality of the goods.

You can tests our quality by cooking pasta for 12 minutes (as compare to 7 to 8 minutes, normally) then put it in refrigerator for one day. Next day, cook it again and when served you will realize that our pasta is still "al dente". Do the same with other products and see the difference! The shelf life of our pastas for both the food service sector packaging and the retail sector packaging are  2 years (3 years is optional).  In brief, please be sure about the quality.

2. CERTIFICATES:   Factories have been documented both the product quality and systemquality  “ISO-9002 & ISO-22000 Quality System Certificate”   which is EU recognizedstandards. We also have   “Export ID” and, “Radiation Certificate” .

3. PASTA SHAPES:  Please refer to the attached pasta shapes which can be supplied under the guarantee of TSE (Turkish Standards Institutions). Other shapes of pasta (shapes which are not listed in the document) can be produced upon request in remarkable quantities for private label.

4. PACKAGING:   Our standard packets are 250 gr., 300 gr, 350 gr, 400 gr, 450 gr, 500 gr., 800 gr, 5 kg. nylon bags. Our food products cover all the labeling requirements on multi-languages. The following details printed on labels: Product Name, Ingredients, Weight, Country of Origin, Production/Expiry dates, and barcodes are printed on the original packs. Additional sticker is optional.

5. LOADING:   We can quote on both FOB and CNF basis   for pasta from high quality 100 % hard Anatolian durum wheat at our own brand.
